[GAMEPLAY] Leona Iron Solari Skin

I was playing the other day and was thinking of buying a Leona skin so I was browsing during the Pre-Game Lobby but it seems that Iron Solari skin is not present on skins but I can purchase it in the store.

Does that mean I need to update my client? I did play against a Leona yesterday that has Iron Solari skin so is it just mine?

I think i had the opposite happen to me. Like it wasn't present in the store or champion profile page, but it was there on Skin select. (This was before I bought it, a few months ago).
