Low priority queue time bugg/issue?

Just so you know the backstory - I wanted to restart my pc so my fps wouldn't drop so much, after i did that i opened lol and joined in for a game but it wouldn't let me in the actuall game, so i got the low priority queue for 5 games, after that i reinstalled lol and it happened again. But after that it showed me that the game needs to be fixed (installed fully) so i could actually play the game. Last night i played 2 games and it worked fine, i waited 20 mins and normally played the game.

The actuall problem im having - So tonight i wanted to play again and before i waited 20 minutes, the time reset, I'll put screenshots down below (i tried to, but they dont show up so i only linked one), it's not photoshoping if anybody thinks that.
