How did Shen gain 5 minions before anything spawns?

Tha happened to me also. Whenever he went into the fog of war his cs would start going up. I don't know if it reset or not when he came back but yea it is a bug

I doubt he earned experience for it unless he was killing Shaco traps, which isn't likely since it looks like he hadn't been spotted yet.
