[GAMEPLAY] Pyke Ult cooldown timer bugged

Hello, I play Pyke pretty often, and almost every game I get the same bug with the cooldown timer display. The ability cooldown timer shows a cooldown, but I can see the execute-marker on the enemy healthbars, and I can actually use the ult. I use the rune "Ravenous hunter", so maybe thats the problem. Will try to take a screenshot next time it happens, and post it here.
