Game won't start - leaver buster streak..

hi,

im having some severe technical issues:

first: every time my game is started (after champ select) my client always crashed, always had a black screen, causing me to force a log out of my computer, log in again, start league again.. - this sometimes for a couple of times, which caused me alot of losses as they did the surrender before 3 min..

now: even worse: my game client always gets the "not responding" issue in my task manager... even if i close it and open it again for over 20 (!!!) times it still wont load, pc log-out doesnt work either...

this last caused me already 3 times in a row a leaver buster for 5 games to wait 20 minutes... yes indeed 3 times in a row because for some reason the client ALWAYS loads when i have a leaver buster but NEVER loads when i got rid of it..

this last issue evolved from the previous one with the final update. i already uninstalled league 2 times, and im feeling to uninstall it for good sooner or later if this doesnt get solved :/ i've spend over a 200 euro's in this game since i started in 2013, i really want to keep playing but so far. this game is unplayable with all these unfair punishments...

PLEASE READ: i tried to make a support ticket but even that is bugged out for me... when i want to make a ticket it says i need to be logged in to create a ticket. fun part: i already was logged in the moment i tried to make one... so i have no more options except seeking the forum for help...

i am going to uninstall the game AGAIN but i dont think it will actaully fix it..
