didn't got my lux's mastery 7 token

i played two game in ranked flex , both of them are getting the result of S+ in lux the first time 17/1/22, 108(minions killed) i was thinking make its a bug cuz i just leveled up, and it didnt give me the M7 token so i played the next game but after the game i have played 11/2/8, 175(minions killed) it still didnt give me my M7 token which is werid , i was really dissapointed and terrified i played an hour of two games , within a S+ score it still didnt award a M7 token to me Roit pls fix this bug it just wasting of me time to get M7 token within a bug this is rediculous!!!
