[Crash] Missing unlocked items from loot system

I've recently unlocked a loot box but nothing is given from the box. Also, skins are not unlocked even though I have unlocked them with orange essence permanently. It is already hard for me to have keys and save enough orange essence. And now I have nothing back but the saved items are all lost. I hope the system can be fixed as soon as possible and compensation will be given to me. It is a really disappointing experience.
