LEBLANC ULT GLITCH CLONE - DOUBLE BASICS

Playing a bots game, had a chogath or annie following me, as i ulted and E'd(not sure), i died at the same moment. After respawn i didnt notice an orb at base, it followed me out to mid lane and WAS BASIC ATTACKING MINIONS AND CHAMPS!! Has anyone else experienced this?
