RIOT i am sick and tired of getting these bugs in my ranked games

once again i get screwed in rank because i cant see champion hp bars this time. this is probably my third post this week about reporting bugs, i am getting really fed up with consistently being screwed out of my lp. games become much much harder when i cant perform how id like to because leaving and reconnecting doesn't fix my game. i reinstalled league earlier and I'm still getting this stupidity. riot this is 50 lp down the drain because of bugs. i am not happy. please tell me you guys are trying to fix these issues.
