Tooltip for Taric's Passive seems messed up

Nothing game breaking, just that the % that is labeled for his bonus damage seems to be incorrect, and may even change if I noticed correctly. The amount of bonus damage still appears to work out to 20%, so I don't think anything is wrong with that. Just a text error it seems.
