Sion's Q Became Inactive After Being Ganked Top

I recently played a ranked game as Sion top against a Gnar. Everything was working smoothly until Eve came to gank. After surviving I tried to stick around and farm some more until I realized I was unable to use Q at all. Checking the button settings did nothing for me so I had to restart my client in order to fix the issue.
