Leveling from 30 to 31... no reward.
just gained the level, the champion capsule popped up as if i got it, then checked, and I dont have it....

Sometimes Champion Capsules can take up to 24 hours to appear in your inventory (although very unlikely). If 24 hours has passed, be sure to send in a ticket to Riot Support and they should manually add the capsule in for you.
