This is REDICULOUS

I was playing ranked game and when we started to pick our champs it was fine until the loading screen. Nothing loaded, the game crashed. So I thought it must just be a crash. I tried to reconnect and it would get to exactly 54% every time and then freeze for like 3 minutes. I quit the client and did that for FIFTEEN minutes. I finally loaded in and the enemy team was level 10, and my players were all speaking Chinese and then in english "my map is not loading right" I got killed immediately and my team decided to surrender saying "it will be loss prevented" The game ended and I was demoted, all because I couldn't reconnect to riots servers and neither could my team. How can I fix this??? It is going to take forever to get my rank back.
