[CLIENT] Friend Request Menu Doesn't Show up Mid-Game

TL;DR I had a friend request come in while I was mid game. I have the client open when I play and alt-tab to chat to people sometimes as I walk to lane or something. Anyway I spammed the friend invite button as it wouldn't pop up. Nothing happened. After the game, the dialog popped up 20 times (the amount I spammed it) and I had to dismiss the window that many times before it would go away and I could see the post game screen.

Small bug but a bug nonetheless.
