Low Priority Que Bugged

On my Account i received a low priority que timer. Every time I wait out the que timer it resets and I don't get put into a game. I haven't been able to play league in weeks maybe even months. This bug makes me not want to play league riot please fix this or at least take the que timer off my account so I can play your game!
