Tahm Kench R problems

In the last game I played I experienced a number of problems when I tried to use my ultimate. There were a few variations on what happened but when I tried to transport an ally with me somewhere it often did not work, the client instead treating it like i had used my W on them and on one occasion It did damage to my ally when I spat him out. There were also some problems when i tried to move with my ultimate alone as it was acting like i had taken damage but it did not show any health gone. Above is the match report if that helps. Has anyone else experienced these glitches?
