[Gameplay] Bard - Banshee's Veil bug with empowered meepautoattacks

If you attack a minion infront of a enemy champion with a Banshee's Veil with a aoe meepautoattack, you cant slow them and the Banshee's is still up. The chamion Does take the Damage bus doesnt get slowed. But if you attack the Champion directely with the aoe meepautoattack the Banshee's Veil goes off.

1. Get 15 or 35 Meeps on Bard
2. Get an eney Champion with Banshee's Vei l
3. Attack a minion in Front of the enemy Champion with an empowerded meepattack
4. Attack the enemy champion with an empowered meepattack
