Network Lag

In the past week ive been having weird waves of lag in the evening and night, whenever i get into a game my ms hops between 700-800ms i tried alot of fixing apps and stuff like that and nothing is working, also i checked my download speed and its 75Mbps so everything SHOULD work fine. Is there any new fix or something that can help?
