Is anyone else having probs with ga?

Today i was playing panth in normals, i went to teamfight after just buying ga and i died, but there is a twist, The ga didnt proc till about 1/2 deaths later. Idk if its for everyone yet but im probally not buying ga till its fixed Good bye Zilean fun.
