Not getting chests after S victory

This has at least 4 times in the last week, where after a S victory and I get no chest or key. I have chest available to obtain I'll link a gyazo to prove it.

Re-logging does not update this I never receive the chest.

This issue doesn't bother me all that much, but it's still annoying and should be looked into because it doesn't appear to just be me.

You earn the chance to get 1 chest every 6 days. YOu start out with the ability to get 4. Once those are up, gotta wait 6 days. You also can't get a chest with the same champion more then once

When you say you can't get a chest on the same champion more than once what refreshes that?

oh sorry it's one chest per champion per season it will reset in season 7

Thanks for the information I tried looking it up but they're really vague about it. I didn't realize the system was so stingy between timed chest management, getting S, remembering who you've gotten S on and finally getting keys.
