[CLIENT] Can't block people in the after-game lobby if they leave it

So basically I noticed this when the patch was release and it's been bugging me prety hard. I get into a game, people are toxic/unsportsmanlike and I don't want to get into another game with them, so I want to block them. However, after they leave the lobby, the 'Block player' button becomes grayed out, unclickable, as shown in the screenshot.

I don't know if this is a bug, or if it's supposed to be this way, but it's honestly really annoying. How am I supposed to block people if they aren't in the lobby. I know I can do it manually in the 'Block list' tab, but it's just so unconvenient. If the person has a letter such as ü, ä, ö, á, é, í, ó, ú in their name I have to change my keyboard input and stuff and that's just way too much effort for me.

All in all, I just think it was way easier the way it was before. Just click a button and you don't have to deal with them anymore. Hope someone sees this and actually takes it seriously.
