[CLIENT] Chat Window Position doesn't save.

The issue is simple really, yet extremely annoying. No matter what I do, my chat window position will not save between session. With the new "Snowish" "UI" it's even more annoying because I have to move the damn thing at the start of every single game because it's all over my buff icon. It's even worst when I start typing...the typing field completely hide the buff. You can see in my screenshot it also make some names hard to see...

I'm playing in 1080p. Tried fullscreen, borderless. Doesn't change a thing. Deleted my config folder, didn't worked. Played with bot, created custom game..nothing work. The darn position won't save.

Please, would love a fix for that.

Also, why was the buffs put on the left bar...this is such a terrible idea. guys. Please, put this back in the middle.

I've been fighting the chat box not saving position since... 4.18? 4.17? Some time around then. I agree, it's very tiresome to have to move the chat box every. single. game.

I think it's a bug related to Riot's hot-fix/patch system, since another person pointed out that when they re installed the game it saved position for a time, but then would stop saving position mid-patch.
