Aurelion Sol Stars bug. [Gameplay/Spectator]

Unfortunately I found this bug right after Reading how it was fixed here: http://nexus.leagueoflegends.com/2017/03/how-to-revive-a-dragon/ I decided I wanted to rewatch my Nexus siege game. Every now and then I would see Aurelion stars completely disappear leaving only the ring faintly there. If I tried go back and focus on only me until the stars disappeared they never would but if I left it on directed cam after backing up far enough, the stars would be gone after looking at the other lanes. Could not reproduce bug later in the game but it popped up again early into the second half of the game when the sides switched. Also could not reproduce when replaying at 2x speed.
