Kalista Tooltip display [Gameplay?]

Kalista's in-game tooltip display on her passive, Martial Poise, still states that it scales with boots tier. It was changed back in the Preseason to scale with her Attack Speed. I linked the Patch Notes to be a reference, I don't have a screenshot of the in-game tooltip. The client tooltip doesn't state at all what it scales with, so it isn't an issue there. This bug, not sure if it is technically a bug (but it is an error), can be repeated by going into a game as Kalista and then hovering over her passive with your cursor.
