Complaints and Requests

First of I want to talk about sion he is my favorite champion to play since the rework but there is a bug about how estimate 15-20 mins you cant use his q or r and it annoys me so much the only way to fix it is to quit and reconnect but it happens again later I don't know what is wrong but can you please fix it so I can play him. Also I know you canceled tiki or just left him behind but I think he looks amazing I already was happy to play him when you showed the picture so if your make a champ after rek sai can it please be tiki I love that little yordle to death
