Its telling me to reconnect to a game when i havn't even started one

I just got out of a match and i spent 15$ on the dumb chest things then i went to go start a match with my lvl 7 mastery for lee i just got and its saying i need to reconnect to a match and now my game keeps crashing im not happy right now.
