[Gameplay] Sion Q and R stops working.

Apologies if this is long but I don't record my games so I need to write out what happened.

Ok, I've run into this problem playing Sion on the Howling Abyss where his Q and Ult are rendered unresponsive. This has happened twice this month. I think it happens for one of two reasons; reason one is when you ult before you die but a champ blinks in and the ult registers a hit, only to cancel out both the crowd control and damage as you go into your passive. Reason two is when an enemy has their own knock up/back and they use it on you right as you activate your ult and are killed by focus fire.

In game one, i was trying to ult a Yi who was jumping me to get his reset going while his team was focusing me down. I also remember a Malphite Ulting me at the same time and I think I collided with either Yi or Mapphite's ult and as I was starting my ult's animation when I died. It looked like Yi was unaffected by any part of my ult. I spawned after and found both my q and ult non responsive for the whole game. That game happened on 2/2/2015.

Game two, which was today (2/20/2015), I tried to ult a team with a Katarina on it. They were a poke team, I had a few bars of hp, so they focused fire on me and i ulted right as kat jump on me. The same thing happened where the gong went off and the animation started but i immediately went into my passive with my ult not affecting Kat in the slightest and me re-spawning with both my Q and Ult unresponsive for the rest of the match. The team also had a Ziggs and a Quinn, but with all the ranged abilities being fired and Kat jumping me I could not tell if I got hit by any of their knock backs.

I should also note that its not the champ with the blink or knock back that is credited with the kill on account of me being in the middle of some serious focus fire. In game one i was killed by Vladimere or Swain. I looked at the game data in my match history due to this being a while ago and Yi never killed me but Maph did long before the incident happened. Game two had a Karma getting the killing blow. I remember game two better that game one because I just came off of playing that game before writing this post.
