[CLIENT] "Make Them Remember You" mission doesn't appear on my missions log.

I completed 33 missions with all the missions before the Halloween Event, 6 of those were "Watch and Earn"(wondering if there 7 or higher, 4 days have passed since i completed the 6th and there is no new one*[sg-janna]* )

Back on track, completed the "A Spooky Intermission" and "Definitely Not Summoner's Rift" mission that completed my "Rise"(Complete 35 Worlds missions), but the one that should follow "Make Them Remember You" doesn't appear. Currently I'm afraid of completing "Costume Party" since "Rise" isn't on the missions log, and it might not register for it, making me have less missions to complete "Make Them Remember You"
