[GAMEPLAY] Riot Blitzcrank E sound.
So whenever I activate me E as Riot Blitzcrank, the siren sound doesn't play. I looked around to see if it was ever removed in the past but I didn't find anything so I assume it is a bug. How to reproduce:
- Select Riot Blitzcrank and enter a game
- Use the E and realize there is no sound
Happens every time.
