Client not loading

There is this super annoying bug that keeps happening to me when I try to start a LoL game. Quite often, when I try to load in a game, the client takes forever to load, I usually have to restart it, and by the time it re-loads, the enemies are already level 4. This used to happen minimally, but it now starts happening more and more often, and its impossible to deal with. My entire team flames me for losing my lane, I can't earn any loot from the game, and the leavebuster puts me in a lower priority queue thinking that I deliberately went AFK. I don't really know what to do. I have tried un-installing and re-installing LoL, turning off the firewall of my computer, and closing all other programs, but nothing works. I think something is wrong with the client right now. This never happens to me... I got bugsplat in champion select. The game still loaded though and I somehow had a champion selected. Only two people on the other team loaded into the game lol... after they decided to vote for remake, my entire client decided to start reinstalling the game for some reason...

Well, you're not the only one with strange stuff happening. When my client needs to update, I have to wait about 5 minutes before it tries to update, then closes. Then I re-open the client, it tells me its going to restore the client to an older version, then updates again, and then works. I'm pretty sure this is because of my firewall, but I don't know what to do since disabling it won't work. Also, when I try to load in a game, regardless of whether the bug I mentioned earlier happens or not, the loading gets stuck at 40% and 60%. My solution is to alt-tab, then come back to the client and wait for it to load. It works pretty much all the time, except for when the loading gets stuck at 100% and just waits.
