I received the champion but when I went to champ select to pick the victorious skin, it says that it's unavailable. i went to my profile and checked as well. It still says that it's unavailable.

When Riot is gifting a specific skin, they need to make sure that everyone receiving the skin owns the champion first. For those who don't own the champion, they get the champion first and then they get the skin, and it's normal to receive them at separate times.

Just be patient and you will get the Victorious Maokai skin soon enough.

its normal takes 1-2 weeks to give it to everyone

I also have the same issue. It does not seems normal because: 1- all the other season rewards as frame and summoner icon are already delivered to my account; 2 - i didnt have maokai on this account, he was delivered as a reward, but without a skin.

Another fabulous job by Riot, seems like Riot Lyte is back.
