Missing champion capsule

Leveld summoner up to 44, end game screen says I got a champion capsule. Go to loot, no champion capsule. Restarted client, still no champion capsule. What do riot?

I'd recommend trying to file a support ticket found here. Hopefully a support agent can help you out and set you up with a capsule. Good luck!
