[BUG] Strange blue square on map

I played a match now and Kha'zix same to apear like in the picture.. strange blue square on map and when is killed is just a circle without his picture. Hope that will be fixed soon. I'm the singleone who saw that bug?

You're not alone, in fact that's not even something new. It comes and goes....in my games.
