Saved Rune Pages Do Not Show in Champ Select [CLIENT]

First, remove runes from an existing rune page without changing its name. Fill all mark slots then save. Remove the runes again and fill every slot up: marks, seals, glyphs, quints. Save again. Go into normal draft and hover over the rune page. Your runes will show the page when you only had marks.
