riot pls

so i am in a que and i have been in 3 of those alredy i was waiting for 7 minutes after it should have been searsching for a game i decided to cancel and re que witch put me in another wait que. this has only happend to me once but hope it wont ocure again. this also punishes my que budy who has no que punishemnt
