[Client} League client just black

Yesterday morning I opened league to a blank, black client. It was working the night before, and I did nothing that I could think of that would make this happen. Help

go to task manager and close both of the league client renders and it should restart it

otherwise just do a hextech repair

you'll have to contact support ticket then, open a ticket with technical issues

riot support login site is not working for me(just says I can't open the login page), hence me defaulting to the discussion threads

To submit a ticket, you must first sign in. When I sign in I get the ERR_TIMED_OUT Error. When troubleshooting internet problems on windows 10, it finds nothing. Because I cannot reach the sign-in page, I cannot sing in, so I cannot submit a ticket.
