As much as it says & this can cost you the Game. This happens a lot @ lv 16- 18 in TEAM FIGHTS you press Q,W,E,R & it still should responded regardless, but your champion will just stand idling until your distribute your skill point.

Olivier Lenheim 1 votesSome people are used too the Ctrl Q, W. R, U which i understand but I've tried that put points in wrong skills & just the mouse it still faster for me everyone is different. Sometimes the skill goes directly to CD if you tried to use while the skill point pops up.
