Tiamat AOE doesn't proc when minions get to very low HP

He mentioned this throughout the stream, and we noticed the same issue with Titanic Hydra. Also of note, his basic attack says 20 when the minion is very low, but in other instances, his basic hits for 115.

TF blade is a fucking moron. That is because J4's passive procs before the autoattack and it was recently buffed to deal a minimum damage of 20, so it may kill the target before the basic attack deals damage.
