Random disconnect altho internet was up and running

I got disconnected from my game several , although my internet connection was stable and running ( i could tell because i was online communicating in a third party programm) The 2 dc's occured in crucial moments and ended up losing the game in a defeat rather than loss prevented, does anyone know why it might have happened im pretty positive i had no internet issues
