So Riot hates Kalista payers...

Recently, i have been playing adc. I have been paying my favorite champs like , , and last but not least . Every game was as usual in bronze games until i played . So i start the game off with a bugsplat which then immediately goes to a client repair screen: I wait about 45 seconds for this repair to finish, once it does i go back to the normal game loading screen. When we actually get into the game, i can see everything but the champions and my HUD. I can purchase only wards and type in chat, nothing else i can't pan my screen around the map or nothing besides purchasing wards and typing in chat. I an TILTED off the VERY FACE OF THE PLANET by now so i quit and restart the game. This ends up working and i can play as usual so i carry on my lane(ing) faze. I started 's E ability (rend), and i was farming as usual until I hit level 2, so i put a point into my W ability. At this point I sent out my w into the jungle but it flew into the sky off of my screen and it granted me no vision. Again i tried leaving the game and reconnecting but this did not work the glitch was still happening. Also i had forgot to bind to my support, but i didn't see the spear in my inventory [Even though you are supposed to start with one] so i shopped and got one and head back to lane to bind to my support. Once i got there the binding sound was going off but there was no bind connection being made, the item would just go on cool down and make the sound when i attempted to bind to anyone in the game. Thus I being unable to bind to any one i couldn't use my ult either. This was my first game with these glitches, s though it was a once in a lifetime thing so i played 2 more relatively similar games as before i realized this wasn't going away. I repaired my game files and even uninstalled and reinstalled my game to try and fix this bug, but all of these were to no avail. RIOT PLEASE FIX THIS I REALLY WANT TO PLAY BUT I CANT WITH THESE BUGS Why are these bugs happening? Why is this happening to me? Why am i stuck in bronze? Why?
