Ranked bug

I have putting in the work and time to get myself out of Bronze 3. Which I got to when I tried to help a friends by duoing. When I finally got to the top of this deep hole, the game shoved me back in. Meaning, I was climbing out of Bronze 3, finished promos, and somehow placed me in bronze 3 not bronze 2. I need help, I can't just waste time like this, especially when I'm still in school. Please help.
