[GAME] Scuttle Crab shrines sometimes not rendering
In a recent game, I found the circle of effect and the visual within the circle for the speed shrine for the scuttle crab not appearing. I saw this happen multiple times for the south river scuttle. When it occurred, it would appear for a small period of time after the scuttle crab was killed, before vanishing. I only saw this occur for shrines owned by my team.
It is also happening with Skarner points, with the same behavior of appearing sometimes, but primarily not being present.
