just got lissandra from a honor chest and i cant unlock it or the new icon

Do you have enough blue essence?
I just bought a number of boxes and got a bunch of skins I can't seem to redeem. Kinda frustrating given that one was ice toboggan corki. I think this issue is affecting everyone
