Game won't reach the post champ select screen and keep showing the "reconnect" button

Hello y'all, so I've got this problem where i can't play the game because my league of legend won't reach the post champ select screen. I've tried it in practice tool and it doesn't work too. I've tried hextech repair tool with every options (clean uninstall too) and it still doesn't work. I did that once and I could play like 3 games before the return of the bug. I've looked on other forum because I'm not the first one to face this problem but no solutions work and maybe I'll find something by posting this. When I downloaded league of legends (I did it multiple times) I had a bug splat during the patch and some other times I just get random bug splat and they don't seems to impact anything until I try to launch a game then there is the problem.
