I don't know what's going on, did riot change the turret system? because i've just played a game where i was constantly targeted by turret, when there was minions and other friendly champion around, with no attacks on enemy turret. There were also no splash damage involved on my end, there should have been no reason for the turret to target me.

I feel I am seeing the same thing and the opposite. I was just attacked under my own turret and they don't take turret shots. And I have been in games where I feel I'm taking turret argo for no reason. I am going to start recording games again to see if it's just in my head.
