I have been encountering this bug for a couple days now, i have no idea what started it or how to fix it. Does not inpact game in a major way but having it fixed/knowing how to fix it would be helpful.

Who needs a map
Hey guys - this was me. If you're using any of the settings that adjust your HUD positioning (flipped minimap, team frames on left etc) the bars will show up for Manaflow Band/Presence of Mind on teammates.
Bug should be fixed in 8.1, but if it's too annoying a temporary fix is to use the default HUD settings.
It's caused by your allies taking Manaflow Band. It probably will also be caused by Presence of Mind. The light-blue bars should take place where the mana bars are.
I do not know any current fixes you can personally do, but try switching your allies' portrait to the other side (in the settings, I think).
Ive been experiencing this also. I think its Riot saying “Lol you dont need a map”
Like I mentioned last week to someone, those are the mana bars of your teammates. Notice how they are all evenly spaced? The only reason they do not look like the same colour as the mana bars normally, is because there is an opacity layer over the mana gauge that is not present in this graphical glitch, if I would have a guess.

I suddenly got this in 7.24 but I didnt post because I cant print screen in league. I just get a blank screen.
I've also been having this. It's quite annoying.
It's super annoying and it's been happening to me every game but never that many, just 1 at a time for 5-35 seconds and 5-35 seconds of waiting to see a new one. Could be way off. I'm not really counting anything but it seems like it's there half the time but I could just be super annoyed with it.
