Hextech Crafting (problem,error.bug)I dont get any loot

So the Hextech system is like 1 month old already but it has an error for me or something i dont get any key fragments or crates only the first one that everybody got at the begin i played a lot of games with champions that i own and with premades they got 5 and S rank on their champions but i still dont get any loot it says that i cant get the loot because of the previous ban but the ban expired 1 month ago and i didnt get any bans from that day can you please fix it i really want to open some crates and i need the loot
