Tryndamere Bug - Killed on Ultimate

Hello, I happen to play Tryndamere a lot as I'm still not amazing at many champions and have encountered twice now being killed while on Tryndameres Ultimate. From what I know this is impossible and if it can be done by an item or glitch it could be game changing. So if you would watch the video I have posted please go to 17:05 and watch until Tryndameres Death. My name in this game was TomLyons Pusssy. I was on the Blue team this game. The event occurred in top lane. You will hear the sound of my Ultimate go off and it will last for about 2 seconds which is wrong. I then suddenly die which I cannot figure out how. If the Ultimate was to work like it should have I most likely would have killed Ashe.
