So i just played a game against trundle and noticed that somehow he can heal himself literally instant full life. I dont know if its a bug or not but i dont think hackers really exist on this game.
He had no lifesteal items or anything that could heal him this much
If he ults someone then he instantly heals for a percentage of their Max HP, so he might've ulted a tank with alot of health, in your case, while having his W under him which further increases healing.

This bug has been showcased on Vandiril's youtube channel go check it out you probably had a thresh on your team and when thresh's w expires it bugs out with trundles passive causing him to heal to full
