Game Kicking Me 40 Minutes In

My error message said that I was "Unable to connect to the server." and to "Please check your network connection and attempt to reconnect to your game". I've full internet connection and have even reset my router... Ive been doing this for about 20 minutes now and the game has probably ended but my client is frozen on automatically booting up the loading screen for in game. When I alt f4 out of the client it just opens it again with the same error message... Will this count against me for the punishments such as ban wise or something along those lines? Thank you.
